Return & Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@noustyle.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
If your return is approved, we'll send you the address to ship your return to, together with instructions. Returns ship to the address we provide after approval, which may be our returns center outside the United States.
You are responsible for:
- Paying the return shipping costs, which are not refundable
- Choosing a reliable carrier with tracking that supports customs clearance, and completing any customs documents accurately
- Any duties, taxes or handling fees on the return
- Packaging the item properly
We do not provide return shipping labels. We cannot refund or replace returns that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit back to us, so we recommend a tracked shipping service.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases you do not need to send anything back unless we ask you to. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as hosiery or earrings) where the hygiene seal has been removed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items may be returned under the same 30-day policy. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Would you like a different size or color? Contact us at support@noustyle.com and we'll help you with an exchange.
Your 14-day right to cancel
In addition to the above, you may cancel any order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The return shipping terms above apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@noustyle.com.
